I'm Angela Flint, a licensed NBR® artist and hair extension specialist, and I want to walk you through exactly what your experience will look like, from your first message to your first move-up.

Meet Your Extension Specialist

Before I picked up shears, I was a project architect. When the 2008 recession hit, I took a leap into hair, enrolled at the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute in 2011, and never looked back. That architecture background still shows up in my work: I think about structure, placement, and how every piece fits together.

I've trained with NBR for over five years and hold their highest level of credential as a Licensed NBR® Artist, which requires more education than certification. Born in Yakima and a Seattleite since age five, I built this salon so I could serve my community and still have time for my three kids.

What Are NBR Extensions?

Natural Beaded Rows (NBR) are invisible bead extensions applied with no glue, no tape, no heat, and no harsh chemicals. I create a beaded track using lightweight aluminum beads and wig-grade thread, shaped to your unique head shape for comfort, natural movement, and easy styling. Wefts are then sewn onto the thread between each bead.

Why I Use Genius Wefts

I started with hand-tied wefts and now use Genius wefts. They lie flatter and don't have the itchy "mustache" hair at the return. They're just smarter. That's why they're genius! Depending on your goals, you might wear one, two, or three rows.

Your Hair Extensions Experience in Seattle, Step by Step

Step 1: Apply for Extensions

It starts with a short form on my website. Tell me about your hair, your goals, and what you're dreaming of.

Step 2: Your Free Phone Consultation and Quote

Every new guest starts with a complimentary phone consultation. We talk through your hair history, lifestyle, and goals, and I make sure NBR hair is the right fit for you. Before we hang up, you'll have your personalized quote. My pricing is flat-rate and all-inclusive: extension hair, custom coloring, blending, cutting, and styling. No surprise add-ons.

Step 3: Reserve Your Spot

Once you have your quote, I'll extend an invitation to book your install, along with a reservation fee to hold your appointment. Then the countdown to great hair days begins.

Step 4: Installation Day

This is the fun part. Your appointment includes custom color for both your natural hair and your extensions, a seamless install (each row takes about 30–45 minutes), and a tailored cut so everything blends beautifully. All in just a few hours, and you walk out with hair so good you'll feel crazy, sexy, cool every single day.

Step 5: Aftercare and Move-Ups

Every 6–8 weeks, you'll come back for a move-up. I reposition your rows, refresh your color, and restyle. Between visits, keep it simple: use salon-quality products, brush gently and daily around your rows, and sleep in a loose braid or ponytail. And when it's time to take them out, removal takes under five minutes.

Crazy, Sexy, Cool | $1,450–$3,325: Initial install with custom-colored Genius wefts, full color for your natural hair, and styling.
Get It Back | $715–$1,200: Move-up every 6–8 weeks, including repositioning, custom color refresh, and styling.

Natural Hair Color with Davines

Forever Your Girl | $355: Dimensional partial highlights, all-over color refresh, custom haircut, and blowout.
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun | $435: Full color, dimensional highlights, fresh cut, and blowout.
